Simon
Simon Liljeholm is a gemstone cutter and prospector based in the North of Sweden. His journey started in 2018 when he moved to a small town in Swedish Lapland called Lannavaara to learn how to cut stones. He now has his own company that specialises in stone/gemstone cutting and he also teaches at Kristallen (which is Scandinavia’s leading educational centre for gemstones, gemmology and jewellery making).
What makes his work stand out is that he creates his own unique designs with often more than 100 facets. He also makes customised stones for his clients. You can follow Simon on Instagram @simon_liljeholm .
